Rainbow Spectrum

While trying to find information and support for parents of children on the Autism Spectrum, we realized that there appeared to be no safe space for GLBTQ parents of these children to interact. This site is intended to be that space. While we share many of the same struggles as other parents of children on the spectrum, some of our concerns and struggles are unique to our community. All GLBTQ parents of children on the spectrum and their allies are welcome here.

There is a resource directory with listings of GLBTQ friendly therapists, pediatricians, etc. on this site.  This directory relies on your input, so spread the word and help it grow.

The site also features forums. The forums are moderated and promote the sharing of information and experiences in a respectful manner.

You will notice ads, a link to an Amazon Associates store, etc. on this site. All proceeds go to funding the hosting of the site. If more than the hosting fee is collected in a month, it will be added to a fund that will eventually be used to help parents who cannot afford therapies for their children.
